This document describes how the Mobile Inspections application processes information and protects your privacy. Our goal is to ensure that all data operations are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR regulation.

The Mobile Inspections application does not directly collect or store users' personal data. All data, including user information, is managed exclusively by the organization administrator through the connected system.

1. What data does the application process?

The application uses the following permissions:

• Camera access: To take photographs within inspection forms.
• GPS location access: To record the exact location where the inspection was performed.

These permissions are used only within the application's features and are not used for any other purposes without your knowledge.

2. How is data processed and stored?

All data (photographs, GPS coordinates, inspection forms) is processed and stored within the organization's system, not directly by the application. Data is stored on the secured servers of the organization administrator. The application serves only as a means of collecting and transmitting data.

3. Data sharing

The application does not share any data with third parties. Only organization administrators and authorized users have access to the data according to the configured permissions.

4. Data security

The application uses encrypted communication to transmit data between the mobile device and the servers of the organization administrator. Access to the application's features is protected by login credentials managed by the organization.

5. Your rights

As a user, you have the right to:

• Access the data collected through the application and managed by your organization.
• Request correction, deletion, or restriction of data processing directly from the organization administrator.
